2024 Ministry of Clouds
Adelaide Hills LDR

What's Old is New Again...

As students of Australian wine history, we've always had a soft spot for the wonderfully idiosyncratic Light Dry Reds once produced throughout the Hunter Valley and Yarra Valley. These gentle, savoury blends quietly proved that elegance and drinkability never go out of fashion.

Perhaps LDR could just as easily be a modern Lunch Time Red, bringing together Pinot Noir, Syrah and Gamay from the Adelaide Hills, creating a wine equally comfortable at the table or served slightly chilled on a warm afternoon.

It may borrow its inspiration from the past, but it is a fab companion to the lighter style “Modern Australian” food we eat today.
