Rosé has become one of the great success stories of modern wine, yet for us its appeal has never been about fashion.
For us, Rosé instead begins at the table. Inspired by the quietly savoury Rosés of southern France, we wanted to make a wine that belonged as comfortably beside lunch as it did dinner. A wine of texture, restraint and generosity rather than sweetness and fruit.
Our Rosé begins in the vineyard with the same care and intention as every other wine we make. Picked early to preserve freshness and built around naturally vibrant Mediterranean varieties, it is crafted to sit comfortably at the table rather than simply beside the pool.
The best rosé doesn't ask for an occasion. It quietly creates one.
